Legend tells of a young goat herder named Kaldi, who first discovered coffee after noticing his goats filled with energy. What began as a simple moment became the origin of a ritual now shared across the world — yet its soul has always remained in Ethiopia.

In Ethiopian culture, coffee is never rushed. It is an experience — one that begins by inviting neighbors and loved ones to gather. Green beans are slowly roasted, releasing a rich aroma that fills the air and draws everyone closer.

The beans are ground and brewed in a traditional jebena, then poured with care. Conversations unfold, stories are shared, and time softens into something meaningful.
